Kenmore Happenings 9/22 – 9/29

 

Today is National Register to Vote Sunday. If you are a citizen and not yet registered to vote in the upcoming national election we have voter registration forms available today. Pick one up at the back of the church, fill it out, and send it in.

 

Our Small Group Bible Studies are:

Seekers Bible Study on Sunday mornings at 9:10 am in the Fellowship Hall.

Woman’s Bible Study, Wednesdays from 12:30 to 2:00pm at the home of Kim Strange.

Wednesday Night Bible Study at 7 pm in the Fellowship Hall.

 

The Prayer Meeting is now meeting on Thursdays from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm in the church library. Anyone interested in participating is welcome.

 

Mary Beth Rogers is putting together a choir for the Thanksgiving and the Christmas Season. Rehearsals have begun and take place on Sundays from 12:00 pm to 1 pm downstairs in the Fellowship Hall. Anyone who wants to sing is invited to attend.

 

Puppet Power practices for the Christmas season begin October 6th at 10 am in the Bride’s room downstairs. You must have entered third grade (and above) to be part of the troop. See Karen Meissner or Kelsey Wilson for more information.

 

Our next free Community Dinner will be on Tuesday, September 24 from 6 pm to 7 pm in the Fellowship Hall.

 

Grief Share has come to KCC!  The first in a series of helpful video  seminars, Loss of a Spouse, will be held Saturday, October 12, from 10-12 pm. Please see Carol Lindlow or Kim Strange for more information.
